About the Owner
Harold Koehler, the owner of Koehler Real Estate, is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Texas and a member of TAR and NAR, and he has a bachelor's Degree in Accounting. Earlier in his career, he worked as a Special Deputy Receiver for the Insurance industry, was a V.P. and Director of Internal Audit for a billion-dollar savings and loan, was a loan workout specialist and REO liquidator for several Savings Associations, and as a key executive working with other team members in the liquidation of over $4 billion in assets for the FDIC/RTC.This diversified background of Harold Koehler provides a very unique blend of experience, training, and education not often found in the real estate industry. With years of experience in real estate, banking, finance, insurance, tax, and construction, he is able to better serve buyers and sellers of Texas ranches, farms, and residential properties. And as a ranch owner and avid outdoorsman, Harold brings valuable hands-on experience to clients looking to buy or sell land and ranches in Texas Hill Country area and Central Texas.
